Investor loans are for clients who intend to purchase or refinance a rental property. This type of loan may also be used to purchase a home, fix it up resell it at a later date.

Features

There are 2 basic types of Investor Loans; Full Doc and Alt-Doc. For Full Doc loans, you fully document your income with tax returns or W2s. With Alt-Doc, no personal income documentation is required. We calculate your qualifying income based on the estimated monthly rental income of the property (no tax returns required). These loans are available in 30 year terms with fixed and adjustable rates.

Benefits

For Alt-Doc the primary benefit is no personal income documentation is required. As a result we are able to close these loans quickly with minimal documentation.

WRITTEN APPLICATION FOR REIMBURSEMENT FROM THE RECOVERY FUND
